My Bbox is not working at all, I think it's the line. Help needed!

I just set up my Bbox Miami because my account says the line has been active as of 30 July. All I have is the red internet light. The wifi shows up on my phone but there is no internet connection. I am new to this flat and I have had no other internet service on this line. I've done all the self-help steps, plugging it into another connection, I have no DSL connection, I tried the DTI test, plugging it in and unplugging it, lifting it 1m off the floor, keeping everything away from it...nothing works. It has to be the line. I've looked at multiple forums and they all end up saying that the line has to be checked so I need that help. Please let me know what I need to do, or if I can speak with an English-speaking customer service representative, as soon as possible. Thank you!
