How to un suspend my sim

Hello, my sim was suspended by the company for some reason, presumably because I was late to pay my bill accidentally, I would like to reactivatw my sim if possible please as it is a great service!

It was due to my own negligence that I hadn't paid it, as I don't speak french so didn't understand the emails, which I realise now was very stupid, and I should have checked better! I don't want to have to find another service as this one is very good and suits me very well! I'd happily use a different B&YOU if it were possible to have my sim card reactivated!

Well, the problem comes from your bank. Because of BREXIT, IBAN beggining by "GB" are not allowed anymore.
You have to change your means of payment.
Are you still in France or not ?
