I am leaving France, therefore I need to cancel my contract

I am leaving France to live in the UK. I to cancel have been trying to cancel my contract through the internet platform, but my request has been rejected several times and for two reasons: initially the document (my new employment contract) was not in French and then the uploaded document apparently was "ilegible". The document I uploaded the second time was a translation to French.

I continue being rejected with no further explanation. Could someone help me? Is any way to have a direct communication through email with an agent?
