BBOX termination charge

Hello, I recently cancelled my bbox contract with Bouygues telecom. I am aware of the charge for €59 euros which I have tried to contact multiple times to pay, but I cannot get through, will this charge occur in my account soon? Also I am unable to return the equipment for the line as the internet was under my name for my landlords property which is now sold and I don’t live there anymore nor have anyway of contacting and due to covid i do not have the money to pay for the equipment. I keep trying to get through to speak to someone but it’s impossible.

I have no way of contacting old landlord and unfortunately due to covid times I do not have the funds to pay the equipment

As mentioned I am unable to get the equipment as it is in an old apartment that was sold and unable to get hold of landlord, due to covid I am won’t be able to pay the funds for the equipment

For the charges I will receive is there a way I can split them over 2 months so 2 separate payments? I don’t have the money right now. I have tried to get in contact with the old landlord but I cannot so I have no way of returning items

Invoicing for non-return charges is not yet available. You will be able if the direct debit has not been paid in several installments.
If you can get the equipment back, please send it back to us so that we can waive the charges.

Hello, I keep receiving SMS regarding the return of the equipment, as stated I cannot return as I cannot get hold of the equipment, please put the charge on my account so I can pay accordingly, I will most likely pay in instalments due to covid and little money coming in
