Regarding refund of amount which deducted after change of ownership of line.

Hello, I have raised a refund request. why the amount deducted from my account after change of ownership of the line and if it was deducted it should be refunded to me I have sent a mail regarding this on 7th feb with all required documents asked by advisor and continously following it with chat option but still did not get any reply can anyone help me here please

Hello, As you know that I am not using this line since ownership has been changed, and even before change of ownership, my friend was using this line as a delegate user. now he is current owner of this line. So, below are possible options.
1) You can call to my friend. he is available on the line concerned to my request, and also aware about the situation. But he is English speaking, so please plan accordingly.
2) You can communicate with me over the email as I am not in France for sometime.

Hello Damien, One of advisor called on my line on Friday regarding my concern but could not communicate due to language and he said that someone will call on Monday but i did not receive a call. As issue is not resolved yet can someone who can speak English call on my line today
