Hello, I have been charged 16€63 for third party services. I want this service stopped asap. How?

Hello, This concern relates to my monthly bill. I have been charged 16€63 for third party services eventhough I have not subscribed to any such service.I would like this service to be stopped asap. I can not reach anybody on the phone and this is completely not okay. How do I stop this and get a refund?

I have just consulted your invoice of March 02 for an amount of 16.63 € and I see that the overflow is mainly due to a call made to a "directory operator".

I invite you to consult the details of your invoice and you will find this information on page 4.

Please confirm if calling your numbers 614 and 1064 from my bouygues mobile number is free or not?
Lastly if I have subscribed for the '"Blocking surcharged numbers & SMS" free service and I call 118 812, am I still charged?
