Terminate my line

My consumption shows overrun of 61 euros. I am using dual sim in my iphone and it erroneously switched from my local Indian sim to the bougues sim for some calls. The bill is very huge now because of this technical error and I want to terminate my line now so that this does not happen again.

Can you please help me with the procedure. Also please contact me over email or reply on the forum as accepting calls on my french number is very expensive due to roaming.
