I got B-box with two post paid mobile connection. They told me that the monthly charges for B box is 22.99 and that for mobile is 10.99 / month. However, on first month I got 29.45 and 29.95 Euro respectively for mobile. On the second month even after unsubscribing all the services I got 15.39 and 13.39 respectively. When I chat with customer care they told me that it will be refunded in my next month's invoice (Feb 2021) but it is not refunded.
