In my Espace Client it shows 42,99 is paid ( I have a screenshot) and today I recieve a letter that it isn't; how about proper houseeeping ???

Je vous invite à effectuer une nouvelle connexion sur votre espace client et vous rendre sur la rubrique "Activités" de votre compte en ligne.

when I call I get a French menu and when I get passed it people refuse to talk other than French while my French isn't that good.
today I had contact with someone one Facebook who apologized .............. first time someone did that!!!! next she offered some kind of compensation which I accepted; make her chief of customer contacts, that saves time and resources!
