Im also unable to see my order in my account they gave me a no. 981662666 for tracking but when i called no response we are also english speaking facing problem dont know what to do they said that sim card has been delivered but still its not my phone was stolen its been 10 days im waiting for sim card can someone help.

Hello carole, sorry to say but i did not received any sim card. my sim card stolen on 1st jan which i reported. my consumption cycle has been started on 2nd jan it will deduct on 16 jan and my use is still zero even i did not get any order number i made my second order on 7th of jan. can you please check and tell the status of my second order.
