Bbox connection never worked

Hello,
I have received my bbox in October but internet never worked. Technician has visited my house and told that some cable need to be pulled from Apartment technical room to my apartment. I have contacted Real estate agency to do the same but they are not responding. Could you please suggest how can I proceed with fixing the issue or cancellation of the connection as it is not working at all. Could you please ask someone from Customer service who speaks english call me so that I can explain the situation and solve my problem.
