Bbox installation RDV is always cancelled by bouyugues

From October second week, I had made 6 RDV for Bbox installation. Just before the night of installation day they cancel the appointment. I called customer service to check why they have cancelled the appointment, every time they reply telling that we will call you back in 48 hrs and they dont call me. Eventually, I had to book new appointment and again they cancel it. Its been 2 months so far...Its a shame!!
