Bonjour,

Toutes mes excuses pour l'envoi en anglais, mais mon français est très limité.

I have a Bbox fixed line and two mobile phone lines with Bouygues, I am moving house shortly and would like to move the fixed line to the next house (I already have the house, but I'm not living there full time yet). I tried to setup the move online, but Bouygues didn't recognise the address. I suspect this may be because the address doesn't have a phone line, and it looks like it may never have had one.

I know it's possible to phone Bouygues, but my French is not good enough to explain the situation and respond to any questions. I also tried the online chat system (because I could use Google translate with that), but it doesn't respond when I enter a message.

Is there any way I can do this by e-mail as I would then be able to use Google Translate to do the English/French translation?
