I need to recharge my Cle 4G de pret and book a new install appointment

I signed up for a BBox internet deal and was given a Cle 4g de pret but it has run out of data and I need it refreshed please.

I also had an appointment for install the other day and it was unsuccesfull due to no access to my basement. PLease can I book a new appointment. I cannot get through to anyone on the number 1064..
