Possible dead line?

Hi - can someone please assist?
Bouygues have sent me an email advising my line is now activated - however both the lines into my property are dead? - despite speaking to an advisor they are unable to confirm how i have been activated on a dead line - and they have advised i need to speak to someone a “french telecom” to resolve the line issue - can anyone help with who i need to speak to as the advisor did not want to help?
