Ma facture

My line was terminated(deactivated), but I received new bill.

I reqeuested to deactivate the line, and it was terminated on April 9th. But I received new bill. Can you explain why?

HELLO,
Your line was terminated on 04/09, and your invoices were published on the 27th of each month. So you had the last one on 03/27 which went until April 26. And we have just edited the closing invoice for you since 04/27, with the reimbursement of your subscription from April 10 to 26, ie € 6.96 which will be transferred to your account within 7 working days.
