Bbox Multi avec VDSL was activated on 1st of April as per my space but still the internet icon is blinking red!!

Hi I had ordered a Bbox Multi avec VDSL and received it on 16th March. I tried to install it but the internet icon was blinking red. Then I saw that the activation date was 1st of April. . Please let me know what should I do. I didn't have any contract with the other providers such as FREE etc since I am new to paris. I was only using their sim card which is now terminated. The line is not active yet and I had received a mail saying I will be charged from the 16th of April. But I am still unable to use it! Also will i be receiving a sim card for the number provided? I currently don't have one

Hi,

I tried to troubleshoot it but still the internet icon is RED AND STILL WHILE THE POWER AND THE WIFI IS WHITE even though the line has been activated. When I finished the process a ticket was raised for a technician to visit. Can that be arranged considering the current situation?If yes when would that ideally be? Also will I be charged for this?
Please call on this number +33 6 42 11 51 68 when he's coming as its my friend's number who stays in the same residence as mine and she can inform me when he comes for the visit.

Also note that the name of the building is Nexity, its a student residence. Address is 10 Passage Saint Pierre Amelot, Paris 75011. Can be entered through calling me on the intercom or on the number provided and I or my friend would open the door. 5th floor, Room 505.
