I need help concerning this problem now: i moved to Germany (Frankfurt) on the 1. August, and i went to Bouygues Shop and gave the Modem (La Fibre) and asked to terminate my contract at once due to unordinary situation. they told me that i need to fill a cancelation form on the internet, i did that, and one of the options was to upload a proof that i am living in Frankfurt, i sent the `Declaration de Depart`which is officially sealed from the Maire, as well as the oficial registeration paper in frankfurt, as well as the rental contract in frankfurt. YET the cancelation was refused, then i went again to Bouygues shop in Forbach /France to make sure that it will be canceled, after 1/2 hour of them calling around they assured me that the line was canceled and that i will get the confirmation per email within 1 week. it has been 1 month now, and it is not canceled yet, and Bouygues tried to pull money for this month. PLEASE TERMINATE MY CONTRACT AT ONCE AS I AM NOT LIVING IN FRANCE ANYMORE!

Hello, You wish to terminate the fttt line which is located at 1 place de la République? if so, I can take care of the termination but to be exempt from the costs you will have to attach the proof of domiciliation as an attachment on your customer area, otherwise you will have contract transfer costs and contractual costs for the months not honored.

yes, it is about the contract in 1. place de la République. i just uploaded a proof in the customer area, and i sent to resiliation@bouyguestelecom.fr also 3 proofs (bills) sent to my new address there. so Please take care of this and cancel my contract with exemption from the costs. thank you
