Order canceled - what to do?

On March 13 I ordered on internet the 4G Box. It was supposed to be delivered to a Relais Colis in Nerac March 18-20. On March 20 I got email from Bouygues that my order was canceled due to a "rupture" in the supply chain. They invite me to re-order but I can't see how. What to do? 2. Do they send a SIM card separately or does one get that somehow online? Thanks.
