I can't find information about my bbox in my account

Sorry for my question in English.
Now I'm using bbox which contract is with my wife. About two months ago my wife came back to my country due to his physical condition and I canceled his phone number in her account. But after that, whenever I try to log in my wife account to check my bbox, it is automatically contacted to my account. and I can't find information of the bbox. Someone help me pls..
Bonjour , il faut comprendre que chaque titulaire a son espace client , contactez le 1064 , pour savoir si le forfait de votre femme est résilié , de toute façon elle dispose encore pour un an à l'accès de son espace client , bonne journée .
