My bbox was installed several days ago but does not work properly. Please help me. My telephone is ***.

Hello, i am a new Bbox customer and only speak English. The bbox was installed several days ago but does not work properly. I have tried repeatedly to get through to customer service on 1064 but i do not understand the automated message on the phone line and eventually i just get disconnected. My internet is currently working at 20mbps and it should be 1gbps. Can someone please help me as i am getting nowehere and the service at BBox is not working properly. My telephone is **************. I do not have a french mobile number yet as only moved here recently and i am unable to arrange a callback as the system does not accept my UK number
