I have ordered a sim card from you at 18/12/2019 and I have not received it yet. I contacted you over 2 weeks ago, and I was advised to wait longer since it was the holidays. Now I have been waiting for almost a month, and still I have no reply.

On my account on your website, it says that my sim is activated, and I’m already being charged for it. Can I please know what is happening with my sim order? If it will take more time, I would very much prefer to cancel it.

After verification the SIM card was activated automaticaly after expedition If you don't have receive the SIM card you can call our service Suivi de commande on 0981662666 to send another SIM card.

i’m ordered sim december 12th 2020 today 26 still not sim delivered i’m choosing my number free mobile number keep changing but free mobile stopes my network december 18 . 2020 i have important calls and messages i’m lost The reason Bouygues sim not delivered. please send me sim fast.
note- sim stil not Delivered I’m waiting more 4 days this 4 days also sim not delivered i’m cancel my order and i’m writing negative review also.

This is second time i am complaining and i called 0981662666. They said they will resend to the address i asked for. And said i will receive in 5 days. But still i don't receive it. And my annual contract with other telecom already started.
Thank you for your great service. It really suffered me.
