My BBox has no internet light at all showing.?

I think that my BBox is not working correctly. There are only two lights showing on it. The power light and the WiFi light. I have rebooted it several times and once it cycles through this is all that happens. When I check the diagnostic it says that my BBox is being activated. How? It has been four days now. I am exsisting on the key- thank goodness, have had to purchase an international SIM from elsewhere to stay connected to family abroad, and luckily have 60g on mobile. Help! I want to be connected! I would rather send BBox and tv box back and keep the key instead. How can I do that?
