Second SIM card internet not working - What should I do?

The internet of my second SIM card included in my offer does not work anymore. On my tablet I see it have reception (signal strength and operator name present), but no indication of 4G.
I am in France and the SIM number is 1717714393030

Can someone please help me with this?

Bonjour , je suppose que c'et la deuxième carte SIM , de l'option " Multi sIM " , qui ne sert que pour l'internet ( pas la téléphonie ou les SMS ) . Consultez ce lien : https://www.assistance.bouyguestelecom.fr/offre-factures/...

I know is not for phone calls or messages, but internet does not work!

Bonjour à nouveau , il faut vérifier la connexion WIFI de votre tablette ; le code WIFI de la box se trouve sous le modem blanc sur l'étiquette , bonne journée .

Sorry, maybe because of the language, I think it is not clear what my problem is. Nothing to do with WiFi.

No visible anomaly on your subscription. If the sim card malfunctions, we can offer you to cancel the multisim option. By revalidating thereafter, this will trigger the sending of a new sim card.
