Ma commande

Can't activate second sim card

Hello

I ordered second card (multi sim option) for same mobile number, I have this second card from few days now, it's inside my phone, I have a signal etc., but when I go to - Mes commandes - Commande n° 536616301 and I see status, like:
1 - Paiement
2 - Validation
3 - Préparation
4 - Suivre mon colis
Votre commande a été expédiée en lettre prioritaire

And no. 5 is - 5 - Activer ma ligne - I can't push that button even though I got that card inside my phone. This is still locked at point 4 and says that this SIM card is still in transit.

Please help me guys.
