I have bought a simcard online which never was delivered to my place. so I went to the store to get one and paid 20 euro. They store told me to go on line and get a refund for it which will be deducted from my monthly bill, so can someone guide me how to do this?

I bought it with my carte bleu so would the monthly bill record I get from the bank could be the proof?
