I have ordered my simcard on 11th of Feb and it said it was shipped. The estimated delivery was from 12th to 16th. Till this day (19th) I have not received it but I got an email saying my simcard is activated. I really need my simcard by this friday (22nd). I have already de-activated my old simcard (from a different company) and I have a trip to London. I was planning to bring my new sim card since when I was ordering it said that the it will be a fast delivery. Can someone help me? I am currently without a phone number.

If your sim card is not delivered on thursday , go and get spare one from a Bouygues store.
Find a store below , entering your zip code

I do get notification on my mail of this thread but somehow I do not receive any personal email. Anyways, it is already Wednesday and I have not received anything so far.
For the option of going to the shop, what should I do to get it for free?? because although I can receive a refund, i'm guessing that i'll have to go through a lot of paper works and phone calls for the refund.

Yes I did. I could not get it for free. I paid 20 euro and the stole told me I can do something online so that it will refund me the 20 euro which my monthly bills will be automatically deducted. So can someone guide me through getting the refund?
