I lost my Sim Card signals from 2 days . Went to customer service store they saying that don't know the reason?

I am new customer to Bouygues taken one connection after using 20 days now i lost signals no response from customer service store and from the company.

You mean there is no network on your sim? I notice that the line is currently suspended.
