I called you and cancel my number one month ago (26/03/2018 ), because I moved to another country. Woman told me that after our conversation my number will be annulled. But now I received email with new detailed invoice with 12 EUR!!! I really do not understand your company!!!! Why I need to pay if I did not use this number during April? Moreover, I also was in your office and manager told me if I want to cancel my number I should to call your hotline and I did it. Please, cancel my line. I do not need it anymore.
