How to change my option and packages?

Hi, I have been charged without my knowledge by bougues with subscription like iGirls etc. Also the package has a 24euro subscription with 20e discount every month. Now it's not.
Last month it charged me 30 euro and today it's charged me 64 euro! All without my knowledge, I haven't received even an email.
I have tried to change my offer/packages from my account online but it doesn't show what offer I have subscribed to! I have tried to chat with customer support it's not available. Also the same with their phone support.
Any idea how to resolve this?

I advice you to block those charge aplications by subscribing at "Contrôle premium" service for only 3€/per month versus 35€ paid !
If interested please give me your date of birth . I'll offer you this service the first month in oreder to test it :-) .

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Yes I can confirm you that this is my number.

I don't have anymore subscription now, it was cancelled by the bouygue store employee. If I don't get full refund for both of the months of illegal subscription I will take it as a stealing and close my connection with bouygue.

No, thanks!! To control subscription I don't want to subscribe to another subscription! That should have been doable by default.
