Cancellation of mobile phone account/line

Hi,

Try as I might, I seem unable to cancel my mobile phone account/line. Whenever I select the option within my Client Space, it requests that I log off and back in using my mobile phone number and password. I don't have a password and I'm getting fed up of going round in circles!

I've tried to contact customer services via telephone but keep getting disconnected.

How best to sort this out?

Hi,

It's not working online , as you can see ..
You 've got two options :
1/ Call the hot line , dial 614
You'll be charged of 6 €
2/ Suscribe a prepaid plan with your number ( ask the 3179 before for your RIO )
When receiving the new sim , activate it and forget ..
For example https://boutique.orange.fr/mobile/carte-prepayee-mobicarte
The Bouygues mobile plan will be automatically cancelled for less than 4€
