SIM not delivered but It displayed "it is delivered."

Hi Bouygues telecom

I purchased(ordered) sim online. SIM card delivery shows that "Your package has been sent on 17/10/2017". But I did not received any package yet. its almost 5 days past.

I went to Bouygues telecom shop but they said to me that you have to wait or purchase new SIM to pay 10 euro more. I do not understand what should I do?

can you tell me what should I do it?

Well, the best is to wait a bit more, just to be sure.
If after 10 days, or something, you still dont have received your sim card, just call the order tracking service: +33 9 81 66 09 83
Dont forget to tell them your order number.

@MELLEURE , it is almost 15 days past to post it. but I still not received Sim card.
on monday, I called the order tracking service but they said that wait 2 days more.
Now can you guide me for it?

So, the two days have passed, and still nothing ? :-/
If you still have nothing, just call them back.
They are the only ones that can do something about it.

I am really sorry for that delay ! :-(
Is the SIM card received at that day or no ?

If it is not, I will propose you two solutions :

  • or you go back to a Bouygues Telecom's store in order to buy an other SIM card. They will ask you to pay 10€ for activating on the 0667465722. But don't worry, we will refund it on your next bill
  • or we order a new SIM card buy Internet but you will have to wait at list more 5 days
