I ordered a sim card (Order No. 204516896) on 7th April. Is there a way to track the order to check if it is still out for delivery. My line is active since yesterday but i am yet to receive the sim? Please suggest me the next steps.

I did not receive any help from calling the helpline and they couldn't track my order. Can i get some urgent help with my sim. It has been active since a week but I have not received it which is really troubling.
