There is no sign.. When I connect the power supply, TV box turn on and turn off repeatedly with sound rumbling.

I can just see the bar “-“. In front of TV box.

TV box turn on and turn off repeatedly with rumbling. It means TV box does not turn on..so I think you cannot test..

Could you use another ethernet cable between your Bbox and the TV box? In a same time, plug the cable in one of the three others available yellow ethernet ports, and check if you see a difference.

I use another cable as usual. But Tv box does not turn on. Internet is working verry well, I think there is a problem on TV box itself.

When you use the other cable, what is written in fornt of the TV box (you must reboot it after the new cable is plugged)?

Nothing wrong with the TV box in itself, the trouble is with the link between Bbox and TV box.

I tried to do as you said several times, change the cable, reboot, etc. But TV box deos not turn on itself...It will be better to change the box..

There is only bar "-" written in front of TV box.

Ok, thank you. I just sent a SMS on your mobile phone to change your TV box in a Bouygues Telecom shop.

Don't forget to go there with your actual TV box and all its elements (cables, remote control...).
