Bbox

Require a technician visit. Bbox never worked. Internet icon @ is red and stedy.

I signed a contract on December 30th, 2015, when I was told that it would take 10 days to get the internet working in my new flat.
The internet icon @ in my Bbox is red and steady. There is no internet connection. There never was, since this is my new flat.

On January 8th I received a SMS saying that the line was installed and it could take 48 hours to get the connection.

On January 10th I received another SMS saying that the connection should be working. I plugged everything correctly and nothing works.

On January 12th I spent a long time in the telephone with a very nice lady who tried to do many things, asked me to reboot the box many times but again, nothing worked.

I went through all the steps suggested in the website for this kind of situation. Still the same situation.
The @ icon is fixed red. The alim. and wifi icon are fix white and everything else is off (including the back light between the DSL and WAN entries).

I need a visit from a technician because it has already been 14 days!

In order to access your customer file, I need the 15 numbers of your Bbox serial (there is only numbers, no letters).

Ok, so your line is activated, but DSL signal does not come to your Bbox.

Can you tell me how much phone plugs do you have at your home? Do you have one called DTI or test, generally next to electric meter / fuse box?

I have only one telephone plug in the house and I do not have one called DTI or test, unfortunately.

Could you press the "reset" button behind your Bbox for 6 to 8 seconds - not more - and check the DSL LED behind the Bbox 5 minutes after the action?

I just received a bil fo 50 euros, apparently for installation of the line.

When I went to the store to sign the contract they told me that a installation of the line was necessary... then a couple of days latter I received a SMS saying that they found a line and consequently the technician would not come and I would not need to pay for the installation.

I was also told that the first 2 months were a courtesy, I would not pay for them.

now I have a bill of 50 euros and still no internet connection!
can you please see what is going on?
