Since last 6 hours I am not able to connect to the internet. I have tried all the suggestions mentioned in the troubleshoot area.
When I switch on the modem the internet led glows 'red' and then goes off. the ADSL led is continuously blinking.
I tried doing the modem reset, but even that is not working.
Request assistance.
