Multi SIM is not working

I received with B&You Europe 40 Gb the Multi SIM.

I activated it and it is- activated.

But I can not to login into network. The connection is refused, since I have it.

In the optons I can not to see anything, because the Website i not working.

Whats that?

The SIM is in France, Strasbourg.

I tryed it in some devices - 4G Router, Mobile, Tablet... Its no matter, connection is in any device declined.

My other SIM working without any trouble.

The SIM number is 0816531323252

By the way, in mon comptre, options et services, if I click on the Option multi sim , there is one error screen:

"Une erreur technique s’est produite. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement."

Since I have this Multi SIM...

Hello this is a strange situation ! So I'll advice to you go in a Bouygues Telecom' store in order to do a sim replace . The seller will ask to you to pay 10€ for this sim but don't mind I'll pay back this purchase.

Please give the multisim card number associated : 0650002379 ank ask for replace it.
Then you'll give me the sim card number behind it ok ?

New SIM has number:

14 16 49 04 25 15 3 .

I paid 10 € .

Yes, thank you very much! Now its working :)
After 1 hour in the 4G Router it was connected with network ans works fine.

I dont know the reason, its really strange...

How can you pay me 10 € back ?

Then if it does not work too, please go back to a store to ask the same demand than the other sim ok ?

Its not working in any phone... At 11. February the old SIM was down, and I already changed it in a store.

And the new main SIM with number 1416490426011 (main SIM to call and so one, not the Multi SIM) isnt working... Number
I can try to change it again, but the seller told me I have to pay for it again.

Should I do it?

As my colleague noted it, it would be efficient to go to a Bouygues store in order to replace your main sim card.
Don't worry about the cost : whenever you would be charged for it, we would refund the cost.

Ok, I changed it again and it was active and began to work after some minutes!

Really strange thing with this SIM cards...

Its nice that the costs for the change will refund. But what with a costs in this month? I could not use my offer für 2 weeks :( And I selected it and pay for it not without reason, you know what I mean - and it is with 79,90 € not really cheap.
Can I get a part of money for this month back?
