Perte de paquet pendant 5 secondes toutes les 30 secondes ?

Bonjour,

Je viens de contacter le service client pour un problème de connexion internet très instable. Il m'a été dit qu'il s'agissait d'un problème général a Paris pour les clients fibre, sans date de résolution !

A la lecture de ce forum, et corroborant mon experience propre dans le Xe, il s'agit d'un problème qui existe depuis plusieurs mois (numero d'incident 2014147).

Le sérieux de Bouygues Telecom semble largement mis en cause ici, et un plan clair de resolution serait plus qu'apprécié.

Le phenomene est assez simple a expliquer : La couche IP souffre d'une latence d'environ 5 secondes toutes les 30 à 40 secondes. Voir ci après un ping qui illustre cette description.

Merci de nous apporter une réponse claire concernant cette panne insupportable.

Bonjour Aurélien,

Après consultation de votre dossier, je constate effectivement une dégradation du signal reçu par votre équipement.
En revanche, il n'y a pas d'incident global précisément sur votre secteur.

En revanche, je n'ai pas de contact, ni de signal du décodeur TV. Pouvez-vous le brancher afin de comparer le signal des deux équipements ?
